I started this project with the following question. How might we inspire small business owners to adopt sustainable practices for a more sustainable world. This led me to explore possibilities within the craft brewery scene. Through observations, empathy experiments, and interviews, I gathered the following. Communities are inspired to adopt sustainable practices when they feel supported, and the adaptations are easy to use. It’s also important that the quality of the product or service satisfies their needs.
